This is a cozy little studio guest house spitting distance (2 blocks) from the East Cliff Drive and the best surf and surf gawking anywhere in Santa Cruz. Well behaved pets (all species and breeds) are always welcome when approved in advanced. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee collected post arrival. (See note below for further info on pet fee.)
