Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a very quiet little hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The gite is a totally independent studio on our property. It is accessed by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any overlooking, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open from July 1 to September 10
