Kerpesc is a lovely little granite house, quiet, in the heart of a 1 ha green setting, on the edge of a pond . Guests will enjoy a private deck overlooking the pond, our garden , our natural submerged wooden pool. If you're interested, you can fish. The house is 30 m2, and the mezzanine is 6 m2. Please note the mezzanine is low with 1.90 max with a through beam. Quiet and green, 30 minutes from the center of Vannes and 40 minutes from the beaches. We live on the spot.
