Sit in the charming ivy-covered garden surrounded by Mediterranean plants. Our small home finds a great sense of space with its 2 stories, courtyard, and dining extension. Neutral gray and white interiors create tranquility and are ready for indulgence.

*** Two bikes free of charge will be at your full disposal during your stay if you will wish to explore the area or secluded beaches.

The house consists of two floors.
GROUND FLOOR:
Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher, bathroom with hair dryer, shower and a living room space.
A lovely terrace with dining table opens to a small garden with lounge area surrounded with Mediterranean plants perfect to enjoy your relaxing summer evenings hidden from the buzz of the town.
FIRST FLOOR:
A large master bedroom with an additional toilet and a sink.
NOTES:
The house offers strong air-conditioning system (in each room), satellite TV and a broadband wi-fi.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, oven, dishwasher and everything needed to prepare your meal.
The large bed has a comfortable mattress that supports your spine.
Washing machine and iron are at your full disposal during your stay as well as the electric barbecue.

Whole space is just for your indulgence.
Our little casa is situated in the very heart of the town Rovinj, only 50 m from the sea (second row from the seashore). You can find many restaurants, cafes, galleries and a local food market only few steps from the house, but as I am local... I will give you many tips where to go and what to do. We look forward having you with us!

The apartment has free WiFi, TV and AC. Our house is in a safe neighbourhood, the city centre is a 5min walk and you reach the nearest beach on foot in 10min or 3min by car.
