Why not kick back & relax in this calm stylish chalet? The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

Crafthole is just a 10 minute walk from Portwrinkle beach and access to the southwest coastal path, passing through the beautiful Whitsand Bay golf course. Once by the beach, there is a cafe and a golf club serving refreshments all day. One side of the beach is dog friendly. There’s a small parking space outside the property, with enough room to either park or pull in to unload. Plenty of additional on road parking in the village. Great WiFi, 3 smart TVs Preferably not a Saturday change over.

The quiet beach is around 400m away, mainly known only to locals. Upon entering the property you have a fully fitted kitchen/diner/lounge and a bathroom with a shower. This detached accommodation is at the rear of the owner's house. Visitors use the carport & walk up a sloping path with half a dozen steps to a sun terrace for their sole use. The accommodation consists of a small entrance porch, living room with a terracotta tiled floor, neatly fitted galley kitchen, casual dining area, fully tiled shower room W.C. with vanity basin and a small double bedroom.
