This room is part of our sunny Sunshine Bay home and provides all the amenities and privacy you need for a short stay in Queenstown. We're located a short distance from central Queenstown (3mins drive, 6mins bus, but don't attempt the walk with your luggage as it's a steep uphill!) Our place is so close to the action but nestled in a quiet leafy street on the town fringe. A self contained 1 bedroom property under the main house that's been renovated. We spent lots on noise insulation for your comfort. With your own entrance, off street parking right outside the front door and 10 - 15 min easy walk to town, you'll feel right at home. You won't need a car as we are 5 min walk to the supermarket. Closest ski field is 20 min by car Fibre internet around 316mbps
