In its 60M2 distributed on two levels it has a double height, dining-kitchenette, bedroom, walking closet , services, fully equipped.Very comfortable space, for 3 people even. It has a double double bed , a futon double bed on the first level (living room) and a staircase not suitable for children under 12 years. The building is the work of an avant-garde Chilean architect and is equipped with 24-hour security, surveillance cameras, laundry, parking for visitors, terrace with panoramic view (9th floor) which includes: swimming pool, gym, barbecue area, event space and wifi. I like to share with guests , if they deem it convenient. The Bellavista neighborhood is surrounded by three large parks and close to the historic center of the city. It has an intense and entertaining bohemian life, with restaurants, bars, theaters, dance clubs, tourist information points and bike rentals. All the tourist attractions of the center of Santiago are accessible on foot or by bicycle. For longer distances I recommend the metro whose station is 400 meters or taxis. Due to its strategic location, the neighborhood of Bellavista is close to the historic center of the city of Santiago, which allows you to walk through it accessing through the Forest Park. Inside the Loft there is an exhibition of handicrafts by local artists.
