The apartment is located in a detached house on the 2nd floor and is not far from the city center of Passau. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the center and by bus approx. 5 minutes by bus and one stop is 150 meters away. There are plenty of shopping opportunities (Penny, Rewe, butcher, baker...) within walking distance. The apartment is completely completely renovated and actually equipped with everything you need to live. There is no separate apartment key.
