We’ve heard from the most experienced Hosts that the ability to quickly resolve issues with Community Support is essential to maintaining high standards. That’s why we’re reinvesting in dedicated Superhost support—so it’s easier for you to get the help you need, right when you need it.

Dedicated Superhost support means exclusive access to our highly skilled customer service staff, who will handle your situation quickly and expertly, without escalations between teams. We’re rolling this feature out in stages, and all Superhosts will have access to dedicated support by the end of the year.

As a Superhost, we know you’re managing a lot—so when you call support, you need fast, expert help. When dedicated Superhost support becomes available in your area, you’ll be automatically connected to a highly skilled customer service staff member who can offer help when you need it the most.

Our dedicated Superhost support staff members are empowered to resolve almost all issues without escalating your call (with the exception of safety and claims issues, which will still be handled by those specialized teams). That means you’ll speak with someone who can assist you immediately and help to find a resolution—without the frustration that can often come when issues are passed between teams.

When you get dedicated Superhost support, you’ll be automatically connected with a customer service staff member—and if you speak English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, or German, they’ll speak your native language. If you’d rather send us a message, the same will apply: You’ll get a response from a dedicated Superhost support team member who speaks your native language if you speak one of those six languages—no automated or translated responses.

Superhosts are the backbone of Airbnb’s Host community—guests love you, and you set an example for new Hosts. We’re rolling out this feature to recognize your importance, and we hope it makes your experience of being a Superhost a little sweeter (and easier!).
