One Bedroom annex with own entrance with it's own private kitchen, bedroom, hairdryer & towels supplied, bathroom and living room in the centre of Beccles. Annex utility room with washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron. Secure off road parking for one medium car. The town centre is a few hundred yards away, with pubs & restaurants as well as numerous shops. Guests must like dogs, we have 3 small, very friendly, they have access to the courtyard where the Annex has its entrance.
