My townhouse is a triplex and is an end unit which allows for lots of extra light and more privacy. The location is great! Close enough to walk to everything but you still feel connected to nature!

I love this area because of the location. Close to everything including trails you can walk to rather than have to find parking, walk to hot springs, town and right on the river.

I now have the privilege to live in Page part time and Colorado part time! This has been a dream of mine for decades. My family history is in Page. My great grandfather was the man with the vision to start Wahweap lodge and Marina. My father continued down the path of business and bought the Windy Mesa, built Strombolis and also built Lake Powell Mart, which I bought from him 20 years ago and recently sold. I now invest in property's and have put a lot of love and thought into each one of my homes.! I used to be a Grand Canyon River guide and a piece of me will always remain in that great cathedral! In the winter I would ski patrol in Utah. It was the best of both worlds! I'm an aromatherapist and make lovely, all natural body products. I love yoga and used to have a yoga studio here in Page. I love cooking, gardening, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, paddle board and really anything to do in the great outdoors! Hope to meet your here in paradise, wether in Northern Arizona or Southwest Colorado! Both of these places have a piece of my heart.
