The space
We have everything you need for a fantastic vacation - plush beds, a kitchen and laundry stocked with basic necessities, outdoor space with epic mountain views for the family to relax, a working office, and 2 free parking spaces. The main level floor has in floor radiant heat, so is cozy and warm in the winter - and the house has AC and cool cement floor in the summer.

There are stunning, direct views of the San Juan Mountains in the back yard space, which features a grill and picnic table - AND the property has a great view of the July 4th fireworks! No need to go anywhere but out the door to enjoy the show! There is also a fun sledding hill to the back/side of the property.

Hilltop Haus features a King Master room with Purple mattress, Queen room with deluxe foam mattress, 2 Twin beds in the third bedroom with closet stored Pack-N-Play, and a fold-down sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space.
