Your family will be close to everything when you stay at the Carriage House. Walk to The Hot Springs Resort, coffee spots, the Park & Riverwalk, restaurants, & everything Main Street has to offer.

With a large Master king bedroom, secondary Queen bedroom, & twin bunk room adjacent to the master, our space can accommodate 6 comfortably. The bunks are best suited for children but can accommodate adults as well.

The space
We have everything you need for a comfortable stay! Our 1200 sq ft 2nd floor flat is located above a law office. Parking and access are around the back of the building.

The master bedroom contains a spacious king bed with a privacy wall separating it from twin bunkbeds. There is a separate second bedroom with a queen bed in it.

We have wifi and a Roku TV for you to access all of your streaming accounts, a well stocked kitchen for cooking meals in, and a spacious bathroom with a separate tub and newly remodeled walk in shower.

Set adjacent to Main Street in downtown Pagosa, the Carriage House Apartment is within walking distance to coffee shops, the Hot Springs Resort and Spa, restaurants, a brewery, and downtown shops. This 1700 sq. ft. space is located on the second floor of one of Pagosa’s oldest homes and is a perfect fit for those who love getting out and about on foot! We are 24 miles (approx 30 minute drive) to the Wolf Creek Ski Area.
