You do not look out onto a maze of other blocks of flats or buildings. From your studio, you look onto the courtyard, enclosed in greenery and plants, and from there, you see just one, exquisite adjoining property. The breathtaking views come into view as you walk to and from your home in utmost serenity and privacy, with 270 degree views all the way until the courtyard corridor. Our haven of tranquility and beauty, birds and nature has been booked solid since we began listing nearly 2 years ago and we warmly invite you to enjoy a relaxed, easy-going, soft and welcoming nest which can be your home here in Sydney.

I'm known as a friendly and easy going person (I hope I am – I work as a psychotherapist), and I’m usually easily available for assistance or advice if needed. I speak English and Hebrew fluently and German and Dutch moderately and my wife speaks French as well. I can get by in Russian but you will have to speak very slowly!
When guests ask for something, I generally go out of my way to accommodate them. I’m sometimes available for a coffee and a chat - with suggestions on where to go and what to do, but if guests want privacy, I totally stay away from any interaction.
I may also be available for an airport pickup but that has to be pre-arranged.
North Bondi is very trendy, about three minutes away from one of the trendiest coffee shops and eateries around: Shuk. For the excitement of Bondi Beach, walk around 15 minutes to the beach strip, with restaurants, bars, and entertainment galore.
Bus 379 which runs every 10 minutes, is just 90 seconds away from your Studio. It routes to the city via Bondi Junction Train Station.
From Bondi Junction Train Station, you can get to almost anywhere in the greater Sydney area via the Underground/Train service.
NEW NEW. Thanks to the adventurousness of one of our guests, there is a gorgeous and easy and picturesque way to get to the city. Take bus 380 (4 minutes away) to Watsons Bay and then take the FERRY to Circular Quay in the city, taking in the sights of Sydney's east and the Harbour and the Bridge, and the Opera House, all from the sea!
And if you are coming by car, of course, there is ample parking right outside the Studio at all times of the day or night.
We emphasise that we offer guaranteed free unlimited street parking, one of our biggest attractions, since parking in the Bondi Beach area is very very difficult and very very expensive. Please bear that in mind when you make your booking decision.
Your Studio looks out onto your courtyard. You do not have sea views from the Studio but you do have full panoramic views coming up to the house and accessing the walkway to the back where the Studio is situated and it is this view that is commented on by nearly all guests.
Your booking costs include a cleaning of charge of $105 of which $75 is for floor-washing, vacuuming, and full cleaning of the unit, kitchen area and bathroom, and a laundry fee of $25 for the cleaning and pressing of towels, bath-mat, sheets and pillow-cases. $5 goes towards replacing, every 4 months, the white rug in front of your bed!
Your bed will feel crisp and new when you arrive!
1. Bus 379, is just 90 seconds away, & other bus-lines are 4 minutes away.
2. Popular cafe/eatery, laundry service, pharmacy, medical facility, bottle store, convenience store are all between 3 and 5 minutes away by foot.
3. Bondi Beach with a wide range of restaurants and facilities is just a 10 minute stroll, as is the famous Bondi-Bronte walk.
We offer you an arrival in Sydney with a prepaid bus/train pass in your pocket even before you exit passport control ! Ask us how.

A cellphone that works here? Either purchase your own SIMcard at the airport (around $20 with airtime and 1GB of data) or use ours for your entire stay, for $10. If you come from a country with a different system to ours, we can offer you a phone on arrival at Bondi Views Studio.
Oh, and we even have 2 umbrellas for you in case of rain!

Bondi Beach - Couple's Escape
The building itself, is an original build from the Art Deco period (1930’s)and the apartment is light, airy and well appointed. There are 2 frontages. The main on Brighton Boulevarde with our letterboxes and the lower entrance, 2 floors down on Ramsgate Avenue. The view pictured is a location shot taken from the stairwell in the hallway, (not the apartment itself).
With just a 100m walk to Bondi Beach, this lovely apartment is perfect for couples or singles wanting an escape from everyday life.
