Yläkerran parvella 4 vuodepaikkaa ja alakerrassa vuodesohva. Hiihtoladut lähtevät asunnon läheltä ja laskettelurinteeseen 2 km. Ski-bussi reitti kulkee asunnon vierestä.

Hiihtolatu kulkee vierestä ja skibussin pysäkki pihan toisella puolella. Suuri viihtyisä oleskelutila, jossa yhdistyvät olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö.
