Spacious family friendly 3-Bed Villa Dunas Resort

Welcome to our family friendly, stylish and spacious 3 bedroomed villa on Melia Dunas Resort. Our villa is privately managed allowing guests to choose whether to self cater, upgrade to all inclusive or buy a pay as you go wristband, the choice is yours. Town is just a short taxi ride away where you will find an array of bars and restaurants to suit all budgets. You can choose your beach, either the beach closest to the resort which is about 400m away or Santa Maria beach. This villa has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 2 x single beds in each room. There are 2 bathrooms. 1. Master Ensuite attached to the master bedroom on the upper level. 2. The Second bathroom is shared by the 2 x guest bedrooms on the ground floor. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.

Superb large private villa with pool

A large detached private 4 bedroom villa sleeping up to 8 close to Santa Maria. Situated at the end of a quiet Date Palm lined street and set on 830 SQM of mature enclosed gardens with extensive terraces, balconies and private pool. A large sitting room opens out on to the terraces around the pool with a range of sun beds, loungers and comfortable seating. The house is a 15 mins walk to Ponta Preta beach, 5 mins in a taxi to Santa Maria town and beach, or 7 mins in a taxi to Kite Beach.
