Uber and public transportation are both available in this area of Clairemont Mesa. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. My home has 5 bedrooms which share two guest bathrooms and a spacious backyard for sunning, or just relaxing. Centrally located in a nice neighborhood, 4 miles from pacific beach and from UCSD campus, and La Jolla shopping mall, Walking distance from restaurants, banks, grocery stores, close to highways. Close to Mesa College. 15 minutes drive from Zoo and Sea World, and the airport. Newly renovated, fresh paint, new floors, new fireplace and a beautiful backyard. We are renting 1 room and not the entire house. Due to covid, we ask guests to limit their time in the shared areas. Full size bed.

It comes with super fast wifi, full kitchen access, free laundry, plentiful street parking, a small outdoor gym (just ask). You share a beautiful, newly remodeled bathroom with max one person.
