Newly produced villa in scenic area with proximity to water and nature. The kitchen is modernly designed and completely equipped. The house has a wooden deck of about 110 cm that stretches around the house. Two gas grills are available. Large attached parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the site. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Unfortunately no access to the water from our plot.
