Cosy room in trendy neighbourhood

My flat is located in the trendy Neustadt-Hecht neighbourhood, full of restaurants and bars, good public transport connections. I live here with my dog, a 2-year-old German shepherd mix I adopted from an animal shelter. He is friendly and relaxed in the apartment and stays in my room except when we go for walks, so you might not even see him (unless you want to). He never enters the AirBnB room but if you have a pet hair allergy this is not the right place for you! We share kitchen and bathroom.

Hello there, we just finished renovating our two-story condo with a fantastic view over Dresden Old Town but also close walking distance to the famous Dresden Newtown with it's cosy streets inviting you to grab a coffee, go shopping in small regional craftsman shops or enjoy the lively nightlife. But even if you like to stay home on a rainy day, you are welcome to use the pool table in the living area. Big highlight! We rent out 3 rooms for guests, so you share kitchen and bathroom.

Design Studio Apartment mit Klimaanlage in der Innenstadt mit unglaublichem Blick über Dresden. Die Stadt liegt euch zu Füßen. Direkt am Kraftwerk Mitte, der Staatsoperette und dem Theater der jungen Generation. Mehr geht kaum. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht Ihr alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt. Da ich meine Wohnung nicht durchgehend nutze vermiete ich diese in der freien Zeit an Menschen die meinen Geschmack und Stil teilen und ein paar schöne Tage dort verbringen wollen.
