A truly unique experience. You will drive 5+ miles of country roads to get to this special 80+ acres/ 3 ponds ranch/cabin overlooking the North Canadian River Bottom. The ranch has rolling hills, massive rock formations, bass and catfish ponds, and steep descents. It is an ATV dream. Bring your ATVs or your horses or your kayaks, bikes, paddleboards, or hiking boots. Want to go bow hunting/archery/rifle hunting during season, send us a note. I have a feeder. There is an addtl per night fee.

Nice and quiet and very secure, no road noise comfortably decorated private entrance washer and dryer guest house is separated from main house for privacy, beautiful country setting and only minutes from I-40 and Turnpike. Feels like a B&B with out the expense. Enclosed yard so 1 small pet is welcome with a flat fee of $20. We do have Wi-Fi but because of living in the remote area that we do,sometimes it is not available.So if it is a must we might be the place for you .
