And a washroom currently under construction just outside the bedroom. The 3rd can be used to accommodate children or extra guests. The top level is home to an amazing view. Nice place to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening sunset. A peaceful Harbour view! Quiet area! Nice if your looking for a little get away with a very unique space!
