Our Cottage is located on a beautiful country road. It is very private with a queen bed, kitchen with microwave, cook top burners, toaster oven/air fryer, and Keurig. It is all open space with a queen size sofa sleeper and full size washer/dryer. With the sofa sleeper, our lovely cottage can accommodate up to 4 -5 persons. We are located within 20 minutes of downtown, the University of Virginia, over a dozen wineries, breweries & distilleries nestled near Shenandoah & Blue Ridge Mountains.

This is a charming finished basement located on our 5 acre hobby farm. We have 60 plus chickens ( that eat ALL TICS and Mosquito’s), 10 ducks, 4 alpacas and 10 hilarious goats. Sometimes the chickens will poop on your front stoop. We are an active family of three - our daughter Piper is 5 years old and will be excited to show you all the animals.
