The bedroom is on the middle of the 3 floors and boasts a large bathroom and walk-in dressing room along with great views through the double volume windows. A modern glass floor seamlessly connects the bedroom to the dressing room. In the dressing room there is a foldaway bed which retracts neatly into the cupboard when not in use. The lounge and kitchen make up the bottom floor and offer all one could need in their home away from home. The balcony also offers the perfect place to dine outdoors in the splendid Cape Town weather. The apartment comes complete with all the latest technology including cable television, wireless internet and remote controlled access. The apartment has 2 parkings - a garage and a parking bay inside the secure complex. Uber also operate in Cape Town and provide a brilliant and affordable taxi service throughout the city. If you would like to rent a car, the apartment also has 2 parking spaces to accommodate this - a garage and a parking bay within the secure complex. The area is close to everything.
