Sea kayak and snorkeling wild Cagliari
Take a break from the bustle of the city, there is a fantastic world just around the corner! After a short briefing we first snake around huge boulders while the white limestone cliff gets higher and higher and the water takes every shade of blue. It is here that we realize that there's not a better way to explore this breathtaking corner than easily sitting on a kayak. On our route we find small beaches cutted into the cliff, bunkers of the second world war, caves and different kind of birds. Our destination is a sandy little beach, quite difficult to reach by foot because set into the rock, where we can stretch our legs and wear our snorkeling kits, there's another world to explore! On our way back we change perspective and our attention is captured by details that we had not noticed before, enjoying every single meter. Civilization is waiting for us, the good thing is that now we can have a well deserved drink!
Sailed to Cala Goloritzè.
We leave in the morning at 8,30 - 9,00 from the tourist port of Arbatax. We’ll ho to the north, first passing by the islet of Ogliastra, then we'll go to PERDA LONGA and admire the wonderful spire of BAUNEI, 128 m high up the sea and declared a natural monument from UNESCO since 1993. Now a refreshing dip in the emerald and cool waters is a must. Now we're going towards CAPE MONTESANTO, the most extreme point south of the gulf of Orosei. Just before we get to the cave of the pigeons. After the CAPE we'll continue to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the coast that rises more and more in height. A few minutes and we'll arrive at the inlet exposed to the winds of north-east, also known as PORTU QUAU ( that means in sardinian language: SHELTERED PORT), where the fishermen find shelter from the winds from south-east and where in 1963 happened the tragic shipwreck of the sheep LEVANTE, during which all 12 sailors of his crew were died. On the backdrop are still visible the remains. Them we arrive at mythical and unique CALA GOLORITZE' and than at CALA MARIOLU and after a break we take the road back, that if there is the right wind we do sailing. Other things to note: If you want to make the trip on other days contact me. For the safety of the people and according to the weather forecast, the commander may decide to postpone or cancel the trip at his own discretion. I can't wait to have you on board. Thankyou and I hope see you soon. Bye bye...

A competition the will be a fun way to know the real flavor - closing culurgiones Once you learn closing colurgionis you will never forget..but to learn it's up to you, your patience, your concentration and you abilities. - drink wine (drinking and cooking always come togheter) and we always have to taste a good Sardinian white and a good Sardinian red - lunch/dinner together (with starters & wines) Once we are set up the table and put starters, we are ready to enjoy our work and have a typical Italian/Sardinian meal - pasta to take away (if you like and if you don't eat all) Other things to note Please advise about intolleance/allergic problem or other request on food. Visit Cagliari with an Ape
sit comfortably, pampered by the crackling of the bee engine, ready to wedge yourself through the streets of the historic center. Yes: the streets are often narrow and some are unknown to most: the bee is the ideal way to learn about and discover a different city, otherwise, perhaps, invisible. Mrs. Marcella and her wonderful gardens in the Villanova district, the lord of the castle's capers , the residences of the old Spanish bourgeoisie and many viewpoints where to take fabulous pictures: just to mention a few things that will accompany us. We will visit the historic center (and the beaches if you like): we are not a driver and a passenger. I would like to share with you the luck of living these places. You will come back from this experience with many photos, a coffee in your stomach, several laughs and with the wonderful feeling of having lived Cagliari not as a consumer but as a traveler. Please consider that: if you want to visit old town but also beach area..book for two hours and then notice me! Other things to note If you want to visit both, old town and beach area (with flaminos) please book for two hours and notice it to me plaseee :)
Discover Sardinian wines with a Sommelier
We will visit a young winery in Cagliari district, which has already received several awards in national and international competitions. We will take a walk through the vineyards while I reveal you the history of our territory and its producers. In the end we will enjoy a 3 guided wine tasting, beautifully paired with local products (cheeses and charcuterie). The visit to the winery and tasting will take about 2 hours. The whole experience will take place in the open air in order to immerse yourself in the beautiful and natural environment that surrounds the winery. In this particular moment we prefer not to let you visit the internal production area, but we will carefully describe all the stages of the process. Transport not included. If you are not equipped with a personal car, I invite you to contact me to find a solution. Other things to note If you can’t schedule a visit on a preferred day and time, please don’t hesitate to contact me! The address of the winery will be communicated to you once the booking has been made. Transportation is not included in this experience. If you are not equipped with a personal car, I invite you to contact me to find a solution.

Aperitif & Sailing in the crystal water of Cagliari
Would you like to escape the crowded beaches and enjoy a relaxed, intimate and exclusive sailing experience around the Gulf of Cagliari? We will show you how to raise the sails and navigate. And then you can sit back, relax, and experience the magical “sound of silence” as the sails and wind work in perfect harmony. We will depart from Marina del Sole and make our way towards Poetto, passing by Calamosca where the old Sant’Elia lighthouse stands as a reference point for our most daring fishermen. Next, we will pass through the rugged, white limestone cliffs that characterize Cala Fighera and Grotta dei Colombi before arriving at Sella del Diavolo, the promontory of legends. During the trip, we will choose a nice place to stop with captain Fabrizio so that you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters. Afterwards, enjoy a traditional Sardinian aperitivo framed by relaxing lounge music. The colorful sunset of Cagliari will provide an immersive backdrop as we continue back to the pier — with the possibility of dolphins greeting us along the way. In order to keep the experience intimate, personalized, and as relaxing as possible, we limit our group size to 4-5 people. We are open to private tours, private events, and other special requests and are happy to welcome your four-legged friend as well. Instagram: @sailemotionsardinia Facebook: @sailemotionsardinia

We will visit beaches and places in the city of Cagliari that can only be reached by sea, telling you the stories and legends of our coast. We will make three swimming stops on the beaches of Calamosca, the Sella del Diavolo and the Poetto where you can take photos and videos underwater and snorkel with a mask and snorkel to admire the seabed and the fish. On board you will find beach towels, drinks, snorkeling equipment and underwater camera. Departure from the Port of Cagliari, Marina Portus Karalis Hours: 10-13 / 15-18
Discovering Cagliari by the sea
We will leave with our sail boat from the port of Cagliari to discover the other side of the city, with its coves and the splendid Sella del Diavolo, under which to taste the "Aperitivo dell'Armatrice" offered by the house and take a dip in the crystal clear waters. During the trip I will tell you a bit of history of the city, of our life on the boat, of the myth of the devil under the saddle and I will let you listen to our unique musical instrument, the launeddas. And let's not forget that you can have fun maneuvering the boat with the help of our captain : D Other things to note We are in a sailboat and therefore the timing and stops will be affected by the wind and marine weather. In case of bad weather it will be possible to repeat the experience on another day.
Evening loop-walk at the Devil's Saddle
In Cagliari you can go hiking wonderfully. On the southern edge of the city there is a small promontory, the so-called Devil's Saddle. Here we will do a nice and partly challenging loop-walk. Your backpack should include sunscreen, a bottle of water and some snacks. Walking shoes, comfortable sports or hiking clothes and a hat are also highly recommended. Our meeting point is the bar "L'Aurora", at the beginning of the small sports harbor "Marina Piccola", which can be reached by car, bus or bicycle. This is where the hike also ends. The loop-walk leads us to an old watchtower, right under the devil's saddle, which we will then climb up. To do this, you have to be absolutely free from giddiness and you should be up for a short climbing passage. The descent to a beautiful bay is also challenging, which is rewarded with magnificent panoramic views of the turquoise sea. After a break in the bay, we climb up to the plateau and then down to the beach "Calamosca". The second part of the 8-km long hike leads us to a lighthouse, a small beach and an old fortress. You won't miss out on excitement and adventure on this walk. The approx. 4-hour hike is intended for max. 4 people and if you liked it, I will be happy to receive a small donation at the end.

Your Sardinia Surfing Guide
I am a personal surfing guide in Sardinia. I count 25 years of experience behind it, I know and frequent the island's spots. I am available for those who, fascinated by Sardinia, want to have an intense and immersive surf experience. We will go hunting for waves, by car or camper, making sure we find the best conditions. The level of experience required intermediate / high. No surf school. It is recommended to bring your own equipment (wetsuit, board). If that's not possible, please let me know before you book and we will arrange for the rental. Important: To live this experience we need the waves and these are obviously not programmable. So, it all depends on the weather / sea conditions. If the conditions are not right, the experience can be canceled or postponed. Finally, since Sardinia is not just surfing, we can enrich the experience with wine and food routes, archaeological visits, hiking and boat tours. Write to me for info and clarification, I look forward to seeing you:)

Evening walk to the Cape Sant'Elia
Cagliari, Sardinia's capital, is beautifully situated directly at the Gulf of Angels. In the south of the Metropolitan city there is a small promontory, which is ideal for an easy walk (also with children)! The "crossing" of Cape Sant'Elia is not very difficult and is also suitable for families. In the backpack should be sunscreen, enough water and a snack for in between. Walking shoes, comfortable sports or hiking clothes and a hat are also highly recommended. Our meeting point is the small square San Bartolomeo, which can be reached by car, bicycle or bus. The loop walk leads us to an old fortress, to two beautiful beaches and to a lighthouse. On the app. 5 km walk, there are many ways to enjoy the Mediterranean flora, interesting traces of the past and great views of Cagliari. There are many things to explore, especially for children! The app. 3 hours long excursion is designed for max. 4 people and if you liked it, I am happy to receive a small donation afterwards.
Let’s go to the Market!!
We’ll visit Cagliari’s most important market and enjoy the taste of local products, meet our fishmongers, butchers, dairy and fruit & veg merchants, and discover together some truly Sardinian gastronomic traditions. I will let you discover and taste some typical products and almond-based desserts. The visit will end with a gourmet tasting of ham and cheeses, at one of the Market’s stands. The visit to the market and tasting will take about 1,5 hours. Other things to note Please let me know in advance if you have any allergies or food intolerances. If you can’t schedule a visit on a preferred day and time, please don’t hesitate to contact me! I suggest to get to Market by foot or taxi as there aren’t many parking spots in the area.
