A spacious suite in a new architect designed home set in extensive gardens on a 1.5 acre property located in Mount Tamborine’s dress circle. Mount Tamborine is a stunning environment, on top of the range 40 minutes drive from the Gold Coast. At 535m above sea level, the red volcanic soil and a good rainfall ensures a lush environment thrives that is home to a wide range of bird life. The mountain is also home to several vineyards and breweries, a distillery, many many restaurants and cafes, a host of curiosity shops and two farmer and craft markets each month. The mountain caters for those who love nature with many bush walking tracks. It is also the gateway to O’Reillys, Lamington and Binna Burra national parks. Sunset on Handglider Hill over looking Canunga with a glass of wine in hand is not to be missed. This architect-designed house is set on a 1.5-acre property near Mount Tamborine. Centrally located so you can park your car and walk to Tedder Avenue, Southport Surf Lifesaving Club, Southport Yacht Club, and Marina Mirage if you wish. Enjoy the beach, the boats, the restaurants and just walking around Main Beach. If you want to go further afield Southport is to the north, and Surfers Paradise to your south. Suitable getaway for one or two people only, but what the place lacks in space it makes up for in character.
