We would like to welcome you to the historic seat in the village of Smědeč, whose oldest preserved written mention dates back to 1445 and which stands just a few meters from the medieval Linecka trail. Today, we are grateful for the many beautiful monuments in this region of the Bohemian Mountains. Šumava cottage with a pond

Our cottage is located in the small village of Horní Kožlí, ca 11km from Prachatice, at an altitude of 800m n. n., a side of tourism. We have peace and quiet. Nearby you can find forests and meadows. Thanks to the beautiful interior, mostly made of wood, the living here is rural and cozy. There is a small enclosed garden with a pond, a covered pergola with a brick grill. Part of the cottage is a beautiful wine bar with an exit to an enclosed garden that serves as a pleasantly cool common room on hot days.

Cottage in Stachy - Šumava (Bohemian Forest)

I offer a smaller of my cottages for rent. The new cottage is located on a sunny eastern slope in Jirkalov near Stachy. It is 3 km from the winter sports center in Zadov. In the village there is a shop, fast food, pub, post office, doctor and pharmacy and it is a 10-minute walk away. My accommodation is great for lovers of Šumava, who want to spend pleasant and refreshing days in the surrounding beautiful nature.
