The apartment is rented out for short term rent, mainly during the summer holidays. 4 beds, possible to be more. Bed linen and towels, as well as a travel bed for baby/children are available if desired. The basement apartment was renovated in 2021, with underfloor heating. There are no views in the apartment, but it is very centrally located with a 5-15 min walk to both great beaches, nice hiking trails, fishing water, shop and gas station. Feel free to reach out and we'll reach an agreement, and the tenant will do the laundry themselves, see checklist (1000,- to let go)

Idyllic small farm, millmaster residence from the 1800s

Experience tranquil surroundings in this house on the clearing in the woods. In the house it is low under the roof and most people have to bend a little to go through the doorways. It is not far to fishing water with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern villages, 30 min. to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min. to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlands svar på svenskegrensa", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Trekking areas in the forest right outside the door, short distance to the bathing area.

I inherited Godli from an old aunt about 25 years ago. The house is built about 1950 by local carpenter who has also made many of the furniture. We've been trying to keep the retro atmosphere in the house. At the same time, we are constantly making new upgrades. The electrical system in the 2nd floor has just been replaced. We'll use the house as a vacation home ourselves. The house is open and peaceful. There are nice places to swim nearby, nice hiking terrain and a little half an hour to drive to Risør and Kragerø
