The cosy littel appartment ist situated only 3 minutes from highway at the main street of Empfingen. There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). about 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb. about 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are twor bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets.
