⭐ Hike Table Mountain & Cable Car Down
Join a bucket-list African adventure that thousands before you have already had the pleasure in doing. We'll be hiking to the top of Table Mountain via a lessor known and more adventurous route. Once on top we make our way towards the upper Cable Car Station where we take the cable car back down (if open). This route is a local favourite, that tourists generally avoid or miss due to lack of knowledge. We will also access some off the beaten track viewpoints with stunning photo opportunities. There will be some steep/exposed but fun sections along the route, however I will be assisting you with scrambling up these steep parts if required. We will get an opportunity to walk along the rim of Table Mountain where we stop to enjoy the stunning views from the edge of the table. If the cable car is open, we will then make our way to the Cable Car Station and view sites before going back down with the cable car (ticket fare not included - if the cable car is closed, we will hike down a common route) You would need to be comfortable with heights and be relatively fit. The hike up is steep and rocky going for at least 3.5 hours. Other things to note Cable car ticket down not included (Purchased on top - R210) Contact me for availability and larger groups Transfer service available on request
Boulders Beach - African Penguins home
I will take you to Boulders Beach the most remarkable viewing point of the African Penguins. These African Penguins have colonies from Southern Namibia and all the way around the South African coast. I will will make your experience rewarding as this is the only place where you will be able to swim with the Penguins in close proximity. Penguins are living in the wild and therefore although you get to see them up close and personal there will be no direct contact as I am committed to protecting the welfare of these little guys. The Penguin numbers are fast declining because of over fishing and marine pollution and my goal is teach tourists about our Penguin population, as they are now classified as an endangered species. As this is a private tour, there is flexibility in photo opportunities along the way, and including stopping to take pictures with the seals. Other things to note Bring your camera to take lots of pictures.
