Once the design is drawn out into the cloth it is then ready to be waxed. Wax is applied to the cloth over the areas of the design.Before you do on the original one,we will give extra cloth for practice waxed. After wax and block stamp (batik cap) has been applied,you will do coloring on your batik fabric with the dye ,we have 17 different color that you can use.Once the fabric is dyed, the batik is boiled to remove the wax. I'll teach you how to cook a traditional Balinese meal using our organic products. Before we go to the farm, I'll take you around the traditional market (for the morning experience) to see how the locals shop, what they sell and also taste some of our fresh fruit and delicacies. Back at the farm, we'll do a walk along with the farm and talk about the local farming methods. You will see the local vegetation and we will harvest some of the ingredients we are going to use later. After that, we will start cooking 6 local dishes and finally, we'll share the delicious meal together. Of course, you will be able to take the rest of the food, a printed recipe book (and PDF recipe) home. After meeting at 6am, we will drive to Mengening, a water temple who’s name means “stillness”. There we will undertake a powerful cleansing ritual where you let go of everything which no longer serves you, and take in that which moves you forward. And for all the ladies, if you are in your period you are not allowed to do the ceremony in the temple due to Balinese Cultural Law and this is a STRICT RULES!!! We will then drive back to Ubud for a delicious breakfast before meeting a local Shaman. This Shaman normally only sees Balinese people as she doesn’t speak English but I will be able to translate for you. She will read your palm, look at your birth date and tap into the energy of your soul to give you guidance and advice on how to move forward with your life. It is a completely unique experience and not one that many tourists get to have!
