Welcome to this leisure paradise, 100m to Lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 1800s with a barn, herbre, stalls, fence yard and a sauna and a jetty. The farm is located high up, surrounded by a large courtyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach there is a wood-fired sauna, jetty, canoe, kayak and rowboat to borrow.
