It's in the village of Tebay which is in between the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District national parks. It's a good base for exploring both areas. There are two double bedrooms upstairs and a sofa bed in the living room. The living room is open plan through to the kitchen/dining area and there is an enclosed yard to the rear.
