Guests can use the studio on the 1st floor unlimited after business hours.You can also order a cafe menu. Tsuboya Town, where the shared workshop is located, thrived as the entrance to Morioka Castle Town during the Edo period, and is still a tourist destination where you can see old warehouses and townhouses. The spring water in two places in the town is carefully protected by the hands of the local people. Please enjoy together with the charm of the Kasuyamachi area where the old townscape remains. ※ The parking lot is located 100 meters away from our facility, but we charge 1000 yen per night to move the owner's car and park it in a vacant place. ※ The owner sleeps in the living space on the 1st floor. ※ Since we operate by ourselves, we cannot accept long-term stays.
