Tiny Toormina Home

This tiny house was built by Tiny Habitat Homes (my previous company) and is gorgeous. It’s solid and built like a proper home. It’s plumbed into services and has all the mod cons from a convection oven that you can bake in to a split system air con and TV. It has a queen size bed in the loft and it’s own front and back yard that can take an animal. There's a dog next door but the tiny house is fully fenced. It’s within walking distance of a shopping centre and 6 minutes drive to the beach.

Tiny Bee by the Sea

Tiny Bee By the Sea is small but very cozy. The only 2 bad reviews the house has had were from 2 different guests who were both VERY large and didn’t have a concept of what a tiny house was. Tiny Bee has heating, a lovely view NO AIRCON but fan is available. It’s within walking distance of the village of Sawtell (10 minutes down hill) and 15 minutes drive from Coffs Harbour. This is a tiny house specifically made for 1 person but it can have a fold up camp bed added if necessary.
