Newly renovated basement apartment in a farm house. We live in one of the houses on the farm and also rent out a cabin and the apartment upstairs on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cottage in sunny courtyard") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great views of the lake Totak and the mountains. Short way to the city center with shops and prepared cross country trails (5 min by car). 10 min to the ski centers. Good WIFI. Towels and bed linen are included. Great hiking opportunities also during summer time. EV charger 5 min away.

The apartment is the main floor of a newly renovated residence. Everything is renovated in spring 2020. There is a large veranda overlooking the lake Totak and the mountains towards Hardangervidda. Rauland offers 140 km prepared cross country tracks, these are 5 min away by car. 10 min drive to the ski center. There are many great hiking trips you can do in the area. 5 min drive to shops.
