Beautifully restored farmhouse and pool on the outskirts of lovely market town of Marciac ( of the famous jazz festival ) in the rolling hills of the Gers with fabulous mountain views. Privately situated up its own drive this 4 bed house is a perfect holiday haven. It has recently been renovated and whilst retaining old charm has modern bathrooms, kitchen, wiring etc. It’s a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday and offers spacious privacy including several outside dining areas .

Beautiful and peaceful apartment, amenities within a 5-minute walk. The apartment has a 180x200 bed on the upper floor and a 80x200 sofa/bed on the ground floor. Outdoor furniture is available outside. The residence has a swimming pool (July-August) and shaded parking. Although cleaning fees are applied, the apartment must be left in the same condition as when you arrived. Bed sheets are not provided, but we can make them available upon request.
