Self contained annexe in the heart of Royal Deeside. The 'bothy' is a 1 bedroom home attached to our converted farmhouse. Downstairs has a spacious fully-equipped kitchen/living area with sofa bed and log burner. Upstairs is a double bedroom and shower room. Just 6 miles from Ballater, and in the Cairngorms National Park, the Muir of Dinnet Nature Reserve is on our doorstep with walks and cycle routes. Close by is Tarland Trails 2 mtb centre. Our property has bike wash and storage.

Nochty Studio is located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop and the local bar at the Lonach Hall is around 1 mile away.

The Housie is a small traditional converted granite shed. Although adjacent to the owner's property, it affords plenty of privacy and is in a secluded area. Peace and quiet and being close to nature are what people love best about The Housie. Recently (2023) The Housie has had some renovation work. Along with being rewired and replumbed, we have also added a full size dishwasher and washing machine.
