In our newly built guest house (2020) of about 40 sqm, we have taken advantage of the space for socializing and company in the day that turns into 6 comfortable sleeping areas at night. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with, for example, a combined oven/microwave, fan, fridge and freezer, crockery for 6 people. In the house there is a fresh bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the porch there are chairs, a small table and grill. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill. There is a “private” lawn with garden furniture and trampoline.
