Our dear " Grändhus" newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully located on Östra Stranden - an untouched oasis among fishermen's meadows and boathouses. Soothing walks along the Baltic Sea shore. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus about 100 meters - trains to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in the "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

We welcome guests to the renovated basement which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There are heating floors, fireplace, TV, wifi, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, micro and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: There is no kitchen. In the bedroom there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed. You are welcome to be in the garden that has a patio in the corner. Since there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. It is free parking on the street but date parking.
