The offer is a nice large room in my apartment for your stay. The room features a queen size bed, free Netflix and a wardrobe. The apartment is on the ground floor of our beautiful brownstone in the Mount Hope Section in the Bronx. Kitchen, living room and bathroom will be shared with me and my husband.

The house is conveniently located and within 3 min walking distance to the D/B Subway station that will bring you in 20 min to Central Park and in 30 min to Times Square. Additionally, we have the 4 Train Subway Station 6 min away. That brings you also within 20 min to Central Park, to the Upper East Side & in 30 min to Grand Central, the Empire State Building & Midtown Manhattan. We are not set up for parties.

The room has a window but is not very bright as it faces a wall. The warm bright color makes up for this. Smoking is allowed (420).
