Light and airy studio-style cottage - The Copper House

The Copper House was formerly the wash house to Bodrean Manor Farmhouse. Old copper, a fireplace and chimney were found during renovations. When the wash house was converted the original openings with their granite coins were carefully preserved. The A frames of the ceiling remain exposed creating a light and airy atmosphere in the studio-style cottage. There is a spacious bedroom, open plan living area and bathroom. The Cooper House door opens out onto a pleasant seating area, which extends out to an enclosed courtyard garden; a tranquil spot in which to enjoy the sunshine over a glass of wine or a morning coffee. The Copper House is perfectly situated in the Cornish countryside and is only a stones throw away from the cathedral city of Truro. It's central location makes a superb location to explore Cornwall's north and south coast. Set in acres of farmland The Cooper House allows guests to get immersed into the beautiful surroundings and country life.

The house is situated in Tresillian just 3 miles east of Truro city centre and is a perfect location for those wanting to have days out exploring Cornwall. The property has lovely views over the river Fal. There is a living room, kitchen/dining room and bathroom with the bedroom downstairs. Also downstairs there is access to the garden. When not let, the property is my home, so I hope you will find it equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Peaceful home near Truro

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Lovely view across the Fal river. One king bedroom upstairs (bathroom is next to this room) and single twins downstairs. Garden with decking. There are steps and garden slopes which may be unsuitable for toddlers. Three miles to Truro city. Bus stop just down the lane (all day Cornwall bus ticket £5) , Village pub ,The wheel, just 5-10 minutes walk (check opening times before you go)
