The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 sqm) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the souterrain (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. There is a small kitchenette in the entrance area. From here you can get straight into the bathroom with shower/toilet. On the left - separate from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to the nature.

Haus Rosenberg in the vineyard with garden & view

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, the oldest city in Germany on our renovated winery, right in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are not far away. High ceilings give the "loft feeling". The bathroom is brand new, the kitchen well equipped and good wine opposite! Our loft is perfect for couples+solo travellers and ideal for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. Due to the open stairs, however, is rather unsuitable for children.

The cozy, quiet apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a new, great bathroom and spacious living and bedroom with attached south-facing balcony. Our house is in the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer wine-growing area. Discover Trier, the oldest city in Germany, the romantic Saarburg, as well as Luxembourg from here. Parking as well as garage space for bicycles and motorbikes is present.
