Free parking in front of the house, patio and access to the communal garden with sandpit and fire bowl for our guests (apartment has its own barbecue). Trin Mulin is the ideal starting point for hiking, skiing and biking in the nearby Flims / Laax, cross-country skiing is on your doorstep and Lake Cresta is also just a stone's throw away. Chur can be reached by post bus in 20min.

You will find a spacious and very bright flat (100m2) with 4 rooms, balcony and a fabulous roof terrace with lots of sun and view to the mountains. The apartment lays on the top floor in a over 150 year old house. There is a kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with bath tab and a separate toilet. In the basement you find room to store bicycles and skis safely. It is furbished in a simple but charming way. We also rent out three B&B rooms on the floor under the flat.
