Lake view, a romantic hideaway.

The accommodation overlooks a beautiful lake and is comprised of a converted barn which is attached to my main home. It is completely self contained and has a large lounge with log burner, galley kitchen ,fridge, microwave, kettle, halogen oven, toaster ,coffee maker, small oven with grill. It has a mezzanine sleeping area with double bed,wardrobe, sofa, coffee table, large TV and stereo. There is a shower room and toilet. The lake can be seen from all rooms and is a short walk from the house.

Adults only Glwysgoed, a place to explore, relax and unwind is situated beside a narrow lane amongst beautiful scenery in the Rheidol Valley. The narrow gauge Devils Bridge train runs along the hillside opposite with the River Rheidol flowing below. Red Kites are seen regularly flying in the valley. It is a walker’s paradise; tracks lead from the property through the valley and for the more energetic, paths lead up the steep hillside behind Glwysgoed where views of the valley can be enjoyed.
