Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Naturally ventilated space including private veranda with amazing sea views. Built on a hillside location set apart from the main house, with private step access, level -1 from the carpark. It is not unusual to spot iguana on the surrounding hillside, planted with citrus, cherry, palm and mango trees. Small kitchenette with: mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. Large private tiled bathroom/wet-room with double size heated shower.

Your own lovely self contained studio house in the seaside garden of our own house...with A/c and nestled under a giant fig tree. We now have a double kayak for guest use. Situated a few steps from a palm- fringed beach and lagoon, behind is a swimming pool and parking, has a Mini kitchen, table with 2 chairs and shower room and a lovely 4 poster bed , sink is made from million year old fossil rock! has a hammock for you to while away the hours. NB we have 1 friendly dog on site .

Guests would love the apartment it's affordable and in an excellent location with a truly Grenadian feel. Its cozy and clean and quiet. The neighbors are friendly. Great views, and only 5 minute walk from world famous Grand Anse beach, & 10 minute drive from MBIA airport. SGU is 10 minutes drive away. St. George town is 10 minutes by bus or taxi. There are excellent supermarkets within 5 to 7 mins by bus or taxi. Buses are just a short 2 minute walk away and cost EC2.50 or USD1.00.

Comfortable & private apartment self contained with one newly renovate bathroom. Back gate leads down to Dr Grooms beach less than 2 minutes away. Quiet residential area near to the airport, La Luna hotel and great Indian restaurant. Great WiFi connection with own modem installed. there are two bedrooms but the rate given is for one couple sharing one bedroom. if you wish to use 2 bedrooms then you would need to reserve for 3 guests
