It is 50 square meters, a non-smoking apartment, natural building materials such as clay and lime plaster, as well as clay and lime paints were used. It is located on the ground floor of our house, has a separate Entrance, all windows/doors are facing south, facing our garden & adjacent forest. One parking space is right in front of the house.
