Both the kitchen and bath have necessary items including coffee maker. Living room has comfy couch with Hulu and Spectrum. We are on a quiet street walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tully is conveniently located between Syracuse and Cortland both of which can be reached in an easy 20min drive

Conveniently located 1 mile off of Rt 81, 2nd floor studio apt. Double loft bed and a loveseat futon that folds down to a single bed. Studio comes with a washer/dryer, fridge, stove, oven, keurig, roku, wifi. It's in the middle of the village and within walking distance to restaurants, art gallery, ice cream stand, natural food market and wine store. Tully is centrally located between Syracuse, Ithaca, Cazenovia and Skaneateles. A short drive to mountains/forests/lakes/breweries/wineries.

This is Country Quiet that is also centrally located. We are in between Syracuse and Cortland, NY (15 miles to both off Interstate 81.) You will be put to sleep by bullfrogs and crickets but be able to hop on the highway and reach many destinations. For vacationers, we are at the edge of the Fingerlakes about 20 miles from Skaneateles, NY. Whether passing through or here for a short stay, our place will provide comfort and quiet.
