After we go to Mayan traditional house, we will visit an organic garden where they grow exotic vegetables and fruits. In a beautiful Mexican-style house, surrounded by gardens, our Culinary Experience starts off with a brief, yet quite informative, introduction to the essential flavors and ingredients of Mexican cuisine We will also do a mezcal tasting so you can learn how to identify a good one! Then, moving on to the unique experience of preparing an authentic Mexican meal from scratch! We try to always use traditional utensils, like metate and molcajete, to have a real cooking experience. Many of the dishes you will learn and help cook come from my own family’s cookbook. By the end of the class, we sit down in one table to share the food and the experience itself! This all happens in an ambiance full of joy, music and laughter, recreating the sense of fellowship and warmth of cooking at home with friends.

We will visit 2 of the best cenotes in the area, so get ready to swim. The adventure consists of pedaling to visit different types of cenotes, so we can enjoy the geological formations and understand their diversity and beauty. I do not like to go in a hurry, so we will have all the time we need to do the activity. The cenotes that we will visit are unique, the idea is to have a very close experience with nature. I love adapting to the needs of the group. At the end of the tour we will have a typical Mexican food, so you can enjoy the flavors of our cuisine. Our first stop, after a short drive from picking you up: fresh & energized for adventure, from a pre-arranged central (town) Tulum location, will be the Archeological Zone of Tulum-Mayan Port City Ruins. 
I will guide you through the mysterious, well-preserved, ruins of temples surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds, where we will be watched by the many inquisitive iguana that now call this temple home. During our exploration of the grounds I will share with you some of the known/unknown, story of the Maya, one of the most advanced and sophisticated cultures, our world has ever known, 
A short drive away from the temple is Tulum Beach where we will go by boat, piloted by Mayan guides, out to the 2nd largest coral reef on the planet, The Great Mayan Reef, where you will snorkel with brightly coloured fish of all sizes and also with the resident reef Manta Rays and Turtles!. 
Following our amazing reef snorkel, we will leave Tulum and visit one of the areas 160 nearby publicly accessible cenotes, I will explain what cenotes are, and how vital they are to the ecology for the peninsula. We will jump from the edge of this hidden crystal clear water hole or perhaps just have a relaxing snorkel

We will travel through different ecosystems such as the beach road, forest trails and some hidden places. We will see the local authenticity, the best spots and far from massive tourism. We will then visit a local cooperative: The Melipona Maya Bee Foundation, the perfect place to understand the challenges we face to protect our environment. Later, we will swim in a beautiful natural pool: a cenote. This is an insider's view of Tulum, led by experienced local guides and dedicated to their passion. I will take you explore the most beautiful and unique locations in the jungle of Tulum. First, we are going to take amazing photos in "Ven a la luz" sculpture which is one of the most iconic and gorgeous places of Tulum! After we will go to Selina hostel which is a hotel with a lot of "instaplaces" where we will be able to take pleasing photos. Finally we will walk through the beach and take stunning photos. You will be enjoying the sights as we capture the best candid moments of your day. This photo session will be informative, unforgettable and will give you some IG worthy shots. We will help you to create unique images based on your own style and personality. Even if this is your first photoshoot we will direct the shoot, help you to relax and have fun. You will receive 30-40 edited photos within the next 5 days after the shooting. In the Maya language, Akumal means place of the turtle. That is because many sea turtles are full-time residents of Akumal Bay. That makes seeing turtles out in the bay very possible when you're with an experienced guide like me. I'll meet you near the beach and provide you with life jacket and snorkeling gear. I will then take you through an exclusive entrance onto the beach of Akumal Bay. At the beach, I'll give you instructions on how to use your equipment, where we'll be swimming, what marine life you can expect to see, how to be mindful and respectful of the marine life and environment, and most importantly, how to be safe in the water. Once we enter the water, we'll take a brief pause to make sure everyone is comfortable in the water and with their equipment. Then, I'll guide you around the circuit and show you all of the marine life that Akumal Bay has to offer. You can see sea turtles, stingrays, barracudas, reef squid, coral reef and many other tropical fish. After we've had fun in the water, we'll head back to shore and I'll take your equipment. If you need any help with the rest of your day, I'll be there to assist you. We are going to an unforgettable boat tour where we will visit the second largest reef in the world that is located in front of the Tulum ruins to snorkel, where we can observe a great diversity of tropical fish, turtles and manta rays, then we will take a ride in boat in which we will see the ruins of Tulum as well as two hidden sites, which can only be seen from the sea, and finally we will visit a cove 100% free of seaweed and totally natural located on the seashore where you can swim freely, all this in a safe environment, and with professional people.

You will arrive at our lobby bar where you will get ready,. You will store your personal belongings in our lockers. After a few minutes, you are going to sit in our rotating gondola where 16 people can sit, then fasten your seatbelts and fly! We climb 118 feet high very slowly, turning 360 degrees so that everyone can enjoy a unique view of Tulum. The pick up time I recommend is 6:30 am in order to avoid crowds, traffic and above all the heat.After picking you up at the lobby of your airbnb or hotel we will drive 2 hrs to Chichenitzá (wonder of the world) where we will have a 1:30 min guided tour, visiting the temples and main constructions, the mythical ball game (the biggest in the mayanworld), then we will drive 30 minutes to Valladolid where we will have lunch in one of the best restaurant of local food , last stop will be a cenote, where we will be swimming in its refreshing and crystalline waters for 45minutes. We'll explore the 2 different types of cenotes that exist (underground/open air) and a 3rd incredible Lagoon!.., we’ll go to a recently discovered amazing underground cenote, connected to the largest subterranean river in the planet, it's not crowded, no big buses are allowed and a limit number of persons are allowed at day, so it's very private cenote and surreal; Followed by a amazing open air cenote where you can jump from different places, you can snorkel in the crystal clear waters and snorkel with different types of fish. We will meet at Tulum Archeological Site at 9:00am, its early but this way we can avoid crowds and enjoy the place. I willl take you inside and we will discover fascinating facts about maya culture as we walk trough this beautiful ceremonial place located on the spectacular coastline in the caribbean. We will spend a couple of hours inside the archeological site while i show you around and tell some stories about Mayas in Prehispanic times and Maya people in modern times and how they have integrated into our modern society. I tought that since the experience is early, i should at least include something to eat so lunch is included. The date you want is not available? let me know, we can work it out. Have in mind that there is not a lot of shade, sometimes is super hot, it would be a good idea to bring bottle of water. important to bring a hat or an umbrella.

We'll do the tour by car so we can pick you and return you to your stay. We shall visit 3 cenotes where we can practice snorkeling with adequate equipment. These places are totally safe and they are completely familiar to us. Pick up for you will be arranged at our meeting point or at your stay. All the cenotes we will visit are in Tulum, it's a 10-15 minute drive between each one. The experience takes us through different types of cenotes, from underground caves to big open ones. The idea is to show you places that are not the main touristic ones and are harder to find, while revealing some of Tulum's magic. A short drive away from the temple is Tulum Beach where we will go by boat, piloted by Mayan guides, out to the 2nd largest coral reef on the planet, The Great Mayan Reef, where you will snorkel with brightly coloured fish of all sizes and also with the resident reef Manta Rays and Turtles!. 
Following our amazing reef snorkel, we will leave Tulum and visit one of the areas 160 nearby publicly accessible cenotes, I will explain what cenotes are, and how vital they are to the ecology for the peninsula. We will jump from the edge of this hidden crystal clear water hole or perhaps just have a relaxing snorkel
