Relaxing and Quiet Poolfront Bungalow

Relax in this private, detached, poolside bungalow which feels like a studio apartment, with ensuite bathroom. Exposed ceiling beams and a chic, powder-gray kitchen blend contemporary style and industrial-chic for a relaxed ambience. There is plenty of Free parking! The pool and jacuzzi are available for guests. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. We are a 10 minute drive to Newport beach, 20 mins to Disneyland, 20 mins to Laguna Beach and there are a lot of restaurants, shopping and bars within walking distance. If you have any questions please feel free to inquire, thank you! The unit is perfect for short term and longer term guests. Costa Mesa is centrally located to all the central business districts in Orange County so if you’re in town for work or a seminar this is the perfect spot. The unit comes with almost everything a furnished fully functional apartment would. One comfortable queen sized bed, private bathroom and shower, work desk, dresser, kitchen stocked with dishes and cooking materials, and a tv. The bungalow is located behind my main house and the house is in the middle of a residential district, very quiet and safe. PLEASE READ: if you need a place to party and have loud music until late at night this is NOT the right place for you. This is in a quiet residential area and I have neighbors I have to respect. This is a pool-front bungalow with a swimming pool about 15 feet from the unit and may not suitable for young children. The Bungalow is located behind my main house. To access it you have to enter the side gate on right side of the house and walk to the back yard. Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool or the outside grill. The jacuzzi is not for guest use. Although I live in the main house, the bungalow is a separate unit and is self check-in. Because I very much respect the privacy of my guests, we probably won’t have too much face to face interaction. That being said I’m more than happy and available to talk with any of my guests if they need recommendations, have issues, etc. I’m available any time of day via text and generally respond immediately. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, close to the Orange County Fair Grounds and a beautiful park with a lake and the famous Volcom Skatepark. Disneyland is a 20-minute drive away and the beach is only 10 minutes away. A car is essential in California since public transportation is pretty much non existent. There are many restaurants, bars, markets, and shops within biking or walking distance to our place. South Coast Plaza is one of the most famous malls on the west coast and is located a few miles away. We are happy to help with recommendations on where to go, what to eat, and what to do.
