Artful Attic Apartment Near Vienna

The 68m² cozy and spacious apartment is located in the attic of a charming building from 1903 with its own entrance. The airy, loft-like space is well-equipped and quiet and offers comfortable atmosphere. There are stylish accents everywhere, including fine art and many books. The flat is bright and has plenty of natural light through three skylights and a window front facing the garden. Bisamberg and its surroundings are ideal for very beautiful walks, hikes and bicycle tours. 15 minutes walk to the Danube river. By car you can reach the center of Vienna in 20 minutes. You will enter the 68m² apartment through your own, private entrance with intercom. The hallway including a wardrobe leads to the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Equipped with soap, shampoo and shower gel, hand- and bathtowel, hairdryer and a electric fan heater. From the entrance area, bathroom and WC stairs lead up to the attic apartment (the stairs are steep, but if necessary there is a lift). The saloon is equipped with a double bed, 3 single beds (on request there is also an extra bed) satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. In a small adjoining room you will find extra blankets, a drying rack, an ironing board and an iron. A washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal (private area, please inform me in good time). For your clothes, there is an open wardrobe, consisting of a hanging device with 20 hangers, racks and a chest of drawers. The kitchen is small (kitchenette, tea kitchen, no fitted kitchen) but has everything you need like a double induction hob, a microwave oven with grill, a toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, glasses and much more. In a small adjoining room there is a fridge, another sink, a mini oven, a coffee capsule machine, a coffee filter machine and a kettle. Soluble coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and mineral water are available for free use. The house and the attic apartment is barrier-free (wheelchair accessible). Should you require an elevator, it will bring you straight from ground floor to the apartment. The barrier-free bathroom and toilet is located on the ground floor and can only be reached by lift! A rich library is at your disposal, as well. If you wish, and with advance notice, I can provide you with equipment for families with children (baby cot, high chair, socket fuses, stair grids, table corner protection, children's books and toys). In summer you can also use a 70m2 terrace. On foot you are in 8 minutes in the center of Bisamberg, in 30 minutes on the Bisamberg, the highest point is the Elisabethhöhe and in 20 minutes by the Danube and in 27 minutes you can reach the cable ferry over the Danube from Korneuburg to Klosterneuburg. Bisamberg and surroundings are ideal for beautiful walks, hikes and bicycle tours. Only 27 minutes (21 km) by car from the center of Vienna. A bus runs every half hour during the week and every hour on Sundays and public holidays to Vienna. Travel time to Vienna approx. 15 min. Bisamberg train station is 1.7 km away (on foot 20 minutes). By train you are in 30 minutes in the center of Vienna. The Bisamberg, north of Vienna, with its 364 meters is a small mountain, the actual difference in altitude to the city of Vienna is about 200 meters, more than enough for a spectacular view. On the hillside, leading townwards, there is one vine close to the other, in seemlessly neverending rows. The Weinviertel is a part of Lower Austria and is known for good wines. In Bisamberg we have very good wine taverns known as "Heuriger". This name goes back to the Romans. "Heuriger" means "this year's" and of course it was used for the wine-harvest of the year where the winegrowers serve their own wine. A wine tavern is open when a bunch of pine-twigs hangs on the entrance, above the door. As a graphic designer, I researched and designed my own travel guide for my guests. With event tips, restaurants, cafes, nature and attractions in Bisamberg and the Weinviertel region. In front of the house you can park your car free of charge and there are plenty of parking spaces. It´s also possible to park bicycles in the corridor of the house. The wine village Bisamberg is only 30 minutes away from the center of Vienna. Bisamberg is one of the most popular destinations in Vienna and the nearby mountain is ideal for hiking, cycling and beautiful views over Vienna. With a comfortable walk you can reach the center of Bisamberg in 8 minutes, the summit of Bisamberg (Elisabethhöhe) in 30 minutes, the Danube and the Treppelweg, which runs along the Danube, in 20 minutes and the roll ferry across the Danube in 27 minutes. It's a 10 min drive (5km) to the city limit, 27 min (21km) to city center. There's also a bus stop nearby which will take you straight into the city, every half an hour during weekdays and every hour on Sundays. The railroad station (city train) is within walking distance (15min) and will take you to the city in up to 20 minutes.
